Vegetarian Diet

We think plants are delicious

Which is why all of our products are vegetarian-friendly. This does not mean your granola is loaded with vegetables. “Vegetarian” is the practice of eating plants for sustenance, and not consuming any part of an animal as food. Some vegetarians also choose not to eat animal products such as eggs or dairy.

There are different kinds of vegetarians. Lacto-ovo vegetarians do not eat meat, but they do eat dairy and eggs. Lacto vegetarians do not eat meat or eggs but eat dairy products. Vegans do not eat any animal products or by-products. And, we’d just like to add, there is no such thing as a “cheese-puff-itarian.”

All Nature’s Path and EnviroKidz products are vegetarian and most of our products are also vegan with some exceptions. Please review our list of vegan friendly and non-vegan products.
